Raspberry balsamic vinegar – BIO organic

Granum organic raspberry balsamic vinegar was made of organic raspberries and it has a sophisticated flavour. Balsamic variety was obtained by adding an organic apple and raspberry concentrate. Granum organic raspberry balsamic vinegar has a remarkably rich taste. This vinegar contains all the high nutritional values naturally abundant in raspberries (antioxidants, flavonoids, vitamin C), with the addition of acids and enzymes that are produced in the fermentation process.

Usage:Raspberry balsamic vinegar is widely used in the preparation of dishes, especially salads. It gives the dishes a unique sweet and sour taste. You can dilute the vinegar with water (1: 8) to get a refreshing drink.
